CANCELLATION POLICY

Clients are required to provide at least 48hr notice prior to the scheduled appointment to cancel or reschedule. Failure to provide the required notice will result in a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the service cost. Clients who fail to show up or are 10 minutes late for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be considered a "no-show." A no-show/ lateness fee equivalent to 50% of the service cost will be charged to the client's account. ***By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to receive the service requested. Please note that all services are non-refundable. While we strive for client satisfaction, payment is required for time and products used, regardless of the outcome** *Gift Card Policy* All gift card sales are final. Gift cards are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash. They can be used toward any service or retail product and do not expire.
