CANCELLATION POLICY
Clients are required to provide at least 48hr notice prior to the scheduled appointment to cancel or reschedule. Failure to provide the required notice will result in a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the service cost. Clients who fail to show up or are 10 minutes late for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be considered a "no-show." A no-show/ lateness fee equivalent to 50% of the service cost will be charged to the client's account.
